During my recent stay at Tholaria Boutique Hotel in Astypalea, I was genuinely enchanted by its charm and breathtaking views of the Venetian castle and the Aegean Sea. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast, featuring a rotating menu of homemade Greek specialties that celebrated the island's local produce, including fresh seafood and exceptional local cheeses-truly a feast for the senses. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short stroll from the lively town of Chora and the serene Livadi Bay, making it easy to explore both the tranquility of nature and the vibrancy of island life. I was particularly impressed by the warm hospitality of Mrs Litsa, the owner, who not only welcomed us with genuine kindness but also provided invaluable insights about the island's hidden gems. I recommend Tholaria Boutique Hotel for anyone looking to indulge in a romantic escape or simply a peaceful retreat while connecting with the stunning natural landscape of Astypalea. This experience, enhanced by the thoughtful service and magical surroundings, left an indelible mark on my memory.
